Staff Howl-iday Party 2018

Scout and the team celebrated the 2018 howl-idays together at Sky Zone! We showed how much we really love each other by pawticipating in team activities like trampoline dodgeball, nerf gun battles, and some slam dunk contests. 😂

All silliness aside, we are so thankful to have such amazing and hard-working Camp Counselors, Team Leaders, and Managers. Each and every one of them love and care for all our Campers by making sure all dogs are safe and having fun! It’s easy to get along because we all have one tremendous thing in common, love for dogs!

We hope your 2018 was filled with as much furry fun as ours was! Happy Howl-idays!

Meet Camp Counselor, Emilee!

Let’s give a round of a-paws for Camp Counselor, Emilee! She joined our Pack in July of 2018. Emilee wanted to work at Camp Bow Wow because she really loves dogs. She think it’s super cool how each dog has their own personality! She is thankful for the chance to meet and work with all the different dog personalities at Camp. Emilee’s favorite part about working at Camp Bow Wow is creating relationships with each Camper!

At home, Emilee has four dogs. She has two Boxers, a Husky, and a mixed breed puppy! Her two Boxers are Jax and Sophie. Jax has three legs and is the strongest and sweetest dog. Emilee says he loves to cuddle and enjoys being around little kids. Her other Boxer, Sophie, loves to sleep! She has the most fun playing with her puppy sister, Luna. Emilee’s Husky is Paige and is the “mom” of all the dogs. Paige the oldest and enjoys being the alpha of the pack! She loves to be pet and loved on. Emilee’s mixed breed puppy, Luna, is the most energetic. She loves to play and always gets excited when Emilee and her brother get home from school. Luna may be a lil crazy but she definitely loves to cuddle!

We are happy to have Emilee as part of our Pack!

Howl-iday Hours

The holiday season is in full swing! Here are our hours for the upcoming howl-idays:

• Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve
  
  •  6:30  AM to 6:00 PM

• Christmas Day 
  • 7 AM to 11 AM
  • 4 PM to 7 PM
  • Boarding drop off and pick up ONLY – NO Day Camp!
• New Years Day
  • 8 AM to 6 PM and accepting Day Care Campers!

This is always a busy boarding season for us and we have hit capacity with Day Camp in the past. If you’d like to call us at Camp (417-882-9247) OR stay tuned to our Facebook Page for updates on capacity restrictions. We will keep you up to date!

December Camper Of The Month, Lemon!

There’s no need to check twice, Lemon definitely made the nice list this year!

Lemon is an adorable one-year-old Cockapoo who loves visiting Camp! She has been a Camper since July of 2018. This lovable pup enjoys belly rubs and extra attention from the Camp Counselors, which is great because we enjoying giving her lots of affection. Lemon’s energy is contagious – she loves to rile up Charlie’s Play Yard. Her Camp BFFs are Lupine & Lollie, pictured above. One of her favorite things to do is play in the pup pools during the warm summer months!

Congrats Lemon! We hope Santa makes a trip to give you extra presents this year because you certainly are a gift to us!
